I’ve worked in the transportation industry for more than 20 years, specializing in medical device transport — the kind of critical freight like heart pumps that simply has to be there. I still learn something new every day, and I take pride in the work I do, never settling for “good enough.” My goal is to give every customer the best, most reliable experience possible. “On time every time” isn’t just a motto — it’s the standard we live by.

Karl O'Neal

Co Owner / Office Manager

Karl Oneal is co-owner and handles all the HR / office duties.

He has been here from the start, and we could not do this without him.

Conor Dromey

I have worked in the transportation industry for the better part of 16 years now, in domestic brokerage, freight forwarding, warehousing and third party logistics companies specializing in customer service and satisfaction. I have extensive experience with tradeshow and military freight that must unequivocally pick up and arrive precisely when it is meant to, using the knowledge I have gained over the course of my career to navigate the daily challenges and hurdles trucking can present. I specialize in 53’ dry van freight, expedite (box trucks & sprinter vans), as well as drayage from all domestic ports. My goal every day is to make the day of my customers as stress free as possible by fostering a deep level of trust and reliability through the work that I put forth, and the relationships I build with them. I have a deep rooted belief that doing the right thing through honesty and transparency will always lead to new and exciting opportunities because of the belief the customers we work for have in us, and look forward to future challenges with excitement.

Bryson Hill

With almost a decade of transportation experience, I am constantly looking for new ways to provide the highest quality service to my customers. Handling seafood has provided me with the experience with time sensitive and delicate products. While moving wreckers/tow truck equipment has equipped me with the knowledge to handle oversized and high value freight as well as heavy haul. Whether it is a dry van, box truck, sprinter van, refrigerated truck, flatbed or stepdeck my team and I will provide the highest level of service in the transportation industry.

Todd Mansfield

I've worked in the transportation industry for over 15 years, specializing in container freight solutions. From port to final destination, I handle logistics with precision, ensuring cost effective, on time deliveries. My goal in ocean, rail and trucking coordination is to make sure your cargo moves smoothly, every time.

Dan Babchuck

One of the things I love most about working in transportation is knowing that what I do truly keeps everything moving. Whether it's people trying to get where they're going or goods that need to arrive on time, I get to be part of the system that makes everyday life possible. The job brings a sense of purpose—every day is different, every challenge matters, and every decision has real impact. I also love the pace and energy of the industry. Transportation is fast-moving, dynamic, and full of problem-solving. There's something satisfying about coordinating schedules, navigating routes, and making sure operations run smoothly. But most of all, I enjoy the independence and pride that comes with the work. Whether I'm behind the wheel or coordinating behind the scenes, I know I'm contributing to something bigger than myself. That feeling of responsibility and accomplishment is what motivates me every day.

SPI Logistics has been my world and my life since 2001 I have enjoyed every minute of working for SPI for the last 25 years and we're still going strong . the industry changes. ..It's very fluid and multitasking and adaptability are major players in what we have to do every day. Caring about the customers and also caring about the Carriers is a wonderful place to be in though sometimes very challenging as well What gets anyone through the day is the love of their job and I have loved doing this job for 30 years. My name is Tucker Julius. Dispatch Manager for SPI Palm Springs. I currently run a team of three dispatchers overseeing daily operations and team production. I build, schedule and assign all shipments. Ensure the team updates customers in a timely and professional manner.

Hello, My name is Lupe. I've been working with SPI since 2023. I started my experience in transportation in the year 2020. I started at 3rd party distribution center, and slowly worked my way to the broker side of logistics. Every day is different, and there's so much to learn. Every single day is a growing opportunity.

My name is Danna and I was born and raised in California. I have been a dispatcher for SPI since 2022 and in the transportation industry since 2007. I have enjoyed learning and growing with the industry, as it changes, and look forward to what the industry holds for the future!

Started with SPI in 2023. I love working here, and the everyday changes with this world of transportation. I have worked my way up in the company to a dispatcher. I had not ever been in this role before,but it seemed very rewarding to provide products needed to the US. I want to continue to thrive with this company for as long as I can.I really love the teamwork we have,with this company. I am hoping that 2026 is our most successful it can be for team Palm Springs/Idaho.
